倒数10天

是我，让你渐渐在我的世界消失吗？

从陌生人，变成亲密的人，再变回陌生人。

曾经，我们说，我们怎样都分不开。藕断丝连。

我想，是因为我们的心都在彼此那里吧。

可是，如今，因为其中一方的心变了。

变心，导致现在这样的结局。

移情别恋，是因为被诱惑吗？

如今，我只是不想再被骗。

这是我的原因。

从年头，就一直祷告。

这半年，是恩典！是让我放下的时间。

一转眼，半年过了，倒数10天。

看样子，我太高估自己了。

我答应，心里的垃圾会在去之前完全解决、处理掉。

说是心里的垃圾，不是因为那是没有价值的东西。

而是因为，这东西一直牵引着我的情绪。

这两年，算是换来一个教训、一门功课吧。

在信仰、家人、朋友、感情，都有了新的领悟。

想一想，就是因为这次的背叛、痛苦，让我更加更加亲近神。

新的人生、新的环境、新的开始，

靠着神，全新的我！

读完了“上帝也写罗曼史When God writes your love story”，感触良多。
要放弃、放掉，祂才能把最适合的祝福我们。
下面这段话安慰了我的内心深处：

上帝明白

读经：约翰福音十一章十七至四十四节

经文：上帝要擦去他们一切的眼泪，不再有死亡，也不再有悲哀，哭号，痛苦。（启 21：4）

几年前我跟同事闲聊最喜欢哪些经节。一位同事说她最喜欢约翰福音十一章卅五节。
我记不起这节经文。当我有机会翻开圣经，找着这经节时，
我感到颇意外这是圣经中最短的经节事实上，它只有四个字：

“耶稣哭了。”

我问这位朋友为何她会特别选上这经节，她告诉我，

这节经文表达出耶稣人性的一面。

我知道她的人生经历了不少伤痛。

她说，她在人生中曾有过要哭的日子，

她知道因为耶稣自己也哭过，所以祂会体会她的伤痛。

对她来说，没有其他时候比耶稣在痛苦之中更能表达出祂的人性。

每当她哭，她就记得耶稣也要忍受悲哀，痛苦，所有信徒终有一天会被提到荣耀里去。

我同事的说话让我有了新的领会。

我们知道上帝感受到我们的痛苦和安慰我们，也知道将来有一天不再有痛苦，我们就得安慰。

祷告：上帝啊，当我们受苦，祢与我们同在，祢又借基督赐下永生，我们感谢祢。阿们。

今日默想：当我们哭，上帝就分担我们的忧伤和痛苦。

代祷：今天哭过的人。=)

我有一个朋友，在面子书说：情人节，一个人，孤单单~

但其实他有一个很爱他的女朋友，只是在另外一个州读书，距离蛮远..

我告诉他：

其实啊，你真的很幸福了。

不是安慰你还是什么，只是你想想，你有爱你的女朋友叻..

至少还可以跟她说：“宝贝，情人节快乐~ 我爱你~”

至少，还有人你可以向她表达你对她的爱..

那些单身的叻？或者在暗恋一个人的呢？或者刚分手的呢？情绪真的很复杂。

老实说，我，上星期也一直在想。

情人节这天，我会很难过。

想到我爱的人，现在居然跟另外一个女子过情人节了。

可是今天，在教会敬拜赞美、讲道、祷告时，经历神的同在，很感动，泪不断流..

想跟大家分享我灵修的一个得着。

旧约，为什么上帝要以色列人守这么多节日？

逾越节、五旬节、住棚节等等..

因为上帝要他们纪念，是祂大能的手领他们出埃及的.

在这些节日，是要纪念神的带领。

现在我们没有这些节日，我们只有一年一度的受难节、复活节、圣诞节..

可是却有一个是我们每个月都有的：圣餐。

在圣餐的时候，

拿着那饼和酒的时候，

是否真的想，这是耶稣的血、耶稣的身体，为我舍、为我流的..

若你真的去思考，心里会感到，好温暖好感动..

不断纪念神的爱..

不断纪念祂牺牲的爱，我们就会心存感恩。

心若不常存感恩，就会充满埋怨..

不但提醒大家，也一样提醒自己..

不断告诉自己，不要沉浸在悲伤里，不要再告诉自己：我是孤单的。

相反的，要告诉自己：有了耶稣，我是幸福的。

主耶稣，我爱你。情人节快乐！=)

看到面子书，大家都在说情人节快乐~

街上都卖着玫瑰。

心里很多感触，想跟大家分享~

有情人的人，忙着计划情人节的特别节目，

没情人的人，感到特别孤单..

这种特别节日，

对单身的人来说都特别孤单..

对情人在远方的人，感到可惜..

对情人在身边的人，感到幸福..

各种复杂的情绪..

但不要忘了，

永远爱我们的情人：主耶稣，

给了我们最好的情人节礼物 -- 祂牺牲的爱，陪我们过情人节~

祂写了情书给你：“我以永远的爱爱你，因此我以慈爱吸引你。”

唯有祂，能给你永恒不变、牺牲己身、不求回报、完完全全的爱.. ♥

不要再沉浸在悲伤里！

不要再告诉自己：我是孤单的。

好好、认真地想想：能够认识那么爱我们的主耶稣，有谁比我们更蒙福？

感恩，感恩，再感恩..

告诉自己：有了耶稣，我是幸福的..

在情人节，向最爱我们的耶稣，说一声情人节快乐~

感谢祂那无私的爱..

神的孩子最蒙福的，是跟神有这 -- 爱的关系.. =)

愿神祝福大家，耶和华祝福满满！

等着领受祂满满的恩典吧！

更大的祝福在后头等着我们！

没有期限的功课

接纳、原谅、放下，是2011年我要学习最重要的功课。

放下，心中所爱。接受，往前走。

Accept, forgive, let go.

说得容易，却是何等煎熬的过程。

不是一天能够学到的功课。

或许需要一年，一辈子，

何时才能交这功课？

没有什么能做。

什么都不能做；

没有什么能想。

什么都不能想。

只能，祷告。

我承认，我陷入悲伤、痛苦、埋怨，我很软弱！-- 上帝亲自寻找失丧者，能救我们的，唯有上帝。祷告吧！像呼吸般的祷告...

邀请神，进入我的悲伤.. 进入我的挣扎.. 进入我的问题.. 进入我的生命..

刚看了一个短篇，非常感动..

是黑人LoveLife做的短片，关于一个名叫Dora，15岁小女孩的一生..
在这短篇里，她说：我知道我死后会去哪里，所以我不害怕。
基督徒有这永恒的盼望！
“神爱世人，甚至将祂的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信他的，不至灭亡，反得永生。” 约3:16

若是在埋怨生命很苦的你，花一些时间，看看这短篇，让心里多一份感动和激励吧！

苦难和痛苦背后，有上帝无尽的恩典。

让我们成为我们身边世界的光和盐，完成基督托付我们的使命，为主而活！

大家好。
如果你看完这篇文章，深受感动，请你把这篇文章传下去，让我们一起为江谦文祈祷。

三年前（2006年），江谦文（DORA）还是个10岁的孩子，她上完主日学，在教会的篮球场玩耍，却突然倒地不起。小朋友跑来告诉我，我匆匆赶过去，只见她脸朝下趴在被太阳晒得烫烫的地上，无法动弹，脸上满是痛苦的表情，喊着「好痛！」
我一摸她的大腿，骨头竟然断了，我心知不妙，赶紧找来她的母亲、打了119。我陪着搭乘救护车，到了医院，经过检查，我最不愿意听到的结果出来了，谦文罹患了恶性骨肉瘤，俗称「骨癌」。
她住进荣总，展开一连串的治疗。
（上图是我跟谦文在2006年7月拜访恒春基督教医院时为她拍摄的照片，多么开心亮丽。回台北不久，她就发现罹患癌症。）
如今，她已经是13岁的美丽少女，可是，她也历经了7次手术，二十多次的化疗，饱经折磨，她却坚强挺立，一次次越过难关。
这段期间，她成为荣总93病房的阳光，她用大提琴安慰鼓励病友，她也用自己的生命见证鼓励病友，到各处分享见证，甚至在黑人的奔走下，拍摄了公益广告（YOU TUBE可以看到这一则谦文的公益广告），呼吁大家珍惜生命，好好活下去。
去年，她动了一次大手术，切除感染癌细胞的左肺。
原以为，历经风霜的她，只要作完最后一次化疗，应该可以痊愈了。
没想到，前两天，医生检查发现，她的右肾也有癌细胞，必须在今天（2009.5.21）紧急动手术，切除右肾，这是多大的手术，也是她的第8次手术，她的身体如此虚弱。我们心疼，我们难过。
昨晚，我为她祷告时，我一直问上帝，我们要怎么做，可以帮助谦文？
我突发奇想，如果我可以找到87位朋友，每个人捐出自己的一年寿命给谦文，她就可以长命百岁。
可是，我知道，生命在上帝手里，我们不能自己规划生命。唯一能做的，就是为谦文举起祷告的手。
无论你是否认识谦文，或是否听过她的故事，请你为谦文祷告，求上帝帮助她手术顺利，让她的疾病完全得医治，让癌细胞从她身上完全除去。

让苦难化为祝福 ＊苏惠娟
Dora是我唯一的女儿，也是我的骄傲，她是一个文武双全的孩子。 5岁开始和妈妈学大提琴、钢琴，是妈妈最得意的学生之ㄧ。在运动方面也相当出色，她喜欢踢足球、打篮球、游泳，赛跑更是全班第一。在班上她人缘很好，因为她温柔体贴、善解人意。她还有许多优点，在她发病后，我才慢慢发觉……。

学校刚放暑假的七月天，我们和平常一样带Dora到教会去参加活动，当时绝对没想到几小时后，我们将面临人生最大的考验与磨难。

那天Dora和一些小朋友打篮球，没想到一个跳跃动作，她的大腿骨竟然应声折断了，到医院经过一连串的检查、切片，证实她罹患了恶性骨肉瘤(俗称的骨癌)。又震惊又悲痛……但我们并没有时间沉溺在里面，因为接下来要面对的是为生命而打仗，我们只能前进不能退缩。
感谢上帝赐给我这么棒的女儿，10岁的Dora，从住院起，历经19次化疗、5次开刀(因为癌细胞移转到肺部)，却不曾为自己经历许多苦难而抱怨，还常常推着轮椅去鼓励别的癌症病童。曾经有个男孩因为癌细胞移转必须开肺，非常害怕，那时Dora已经开过两次肺，以过来人的身分安慰他说：只要痛三天就好了，男孩听了果然放心多了。
还记得开第二次肺的前一天，医生来巡房，Dora建议他这次进行开肺手术，记得在她的伤口装上拉链，以后万一还要再开肺，就不需要再动刀，省得麻烦。医生也幽默的回应：除了装上拉链，还要在胸口装个窗户，只要打开窗户，就知道癌细胞是否又跑上来了。
Dora对自己的病痛，总是保持乐观、幽默面对，当时的她—只有十岁。

去年8月，Dora终于完成历时一年2个月的疗程。原以为可以回到正常的生活，然而出院后的第二次追踪，在Dora左肺靠近心脏和大动脉的地方，再次发现了3.5公分的肿瘤，这颗肿瘤给医生带来很大的难题，因为选择再次手术治疗的话，Dora有很高的机率会死在手术台上，所以医生迟迟无法决定是否为Dora动刀。
然而，人的尽头就是上帝的起头，我永远记得医生看着Dora的眼睛说：「你能不能给叔叔一个机会为你动刀。」上帝的恩典总是出人意表，手术比预期中顺利，在这次手术中Dora切除了一片肺叶，接着又做了8次化疗。

我深信Dora所经历的一切苦难，是上帝给我们的功课。虽然Dora病发前，我们曾多次到医院为脑瘤病童演奏，但和病童家长的互动也仅止于音乐，因无法感同身受，害怕言不及意。亲身经历了这一切的苦难，我终于明白，要成为一位安慰使者，自己必须先经历过，否则不足胜任。（上图是谦文手术后为癌症病童演奏）
我也深信，有一天Dora会感谢上帝所赐给她的苦难和替她预先储存在她生命中的经历，因为这不同凡响的经历将成为许多人的祝福和安慰。

附注：
苏惠娟，毕业于维也纳音乐学院，主修大提琴音乐教育。曾经担任国立台湾交响乐团大提琴手，多所学校音乐班大提琴指导老师，全国音乐比赛评审，国立成功大学管絃樂团指挥，音乐教育工作室负责人。最喜爱以音乐服事上帝，抚慰忧伤的心灵，在他的女儿谦文住院前，常常带领雨声絃樂团为脑瘤病童演奏。目前仍从事大提琴音乐教育，也是麦当劳叔叔儿童之家的志工。
江谦文Dora，13岁，个性温和，人缘佳，喜爱运动。
曾经参加雨声国小弦乐团，并经常受邀到台北荣总为脑瘤病童演奏。四年级暑假，运动时右大腿骨折，开始历时两年多对抗恶性骨肉瘤的生活。一共经历两次肺部转移、七次手术、二十七次化疗和数不尽神的恩典，以致能保存健全的右脚，保守一颗乐观的心。目前是麦当劳叔叔儿童之家志工，常常在台北荣总病房，以自己的经历鼓励生病的病童。

Trustworthiness?

面对背叛，众多的理由，

让女人学会了等待，让她们学会了忍气吞声，

漫长的等待，让遭遇负心的女人学会了坚守，持久的坚守，

负心的男人和遭遇背叛的女人之间开始了旷日持久的拉锯战，

你强我弱，你弱我强，

却再也无法真心拥抱，再也无法互相凝望，再也无法互诉衷肠。

I googled what is "trustworthiness", and wikipedia gave me this answer:

Trustworthiness is a moral value considered to be a virtue.

A trustworthy person is someone in whom you can place your trust and rest assured that the trust will not be betrayed.

A person can prove their trustworthiness by fulfilling an assigned responsibility - and as an extension of that, not to let down expectations.

The responsibility can be either material, such as delivering a mail package on time, or it can be non-material such as keeping an important secret to themselves.

A trustworthy person is someone that you can tell your worries and secrets to and know they won't repeat them without your permission.

In general, in order for trust to be earned, worth and integrity must be proven over time.

诚信不仅是一种品行，更是一种责任。

A blog post briefly about how i celebrated my 20th birthday. :)

In the morning, i went to Selayang Hospital with my family in Christ,

over 30 person for caroling. :)

We went to the children wad, saw the little children sitting on the wheel chair,

sleeping on the bed, looked so weak, my heart felt so sad...

But i was grateful to see their smiles, when we're singing Christmas songs,

and giving them presents and sweets. =)

Besides that, there was a clown with us, to do some funny magic to entertain the children. :)

Me as the Miss Christmas (圣诞小姐) and the clown named Peter.

It's his BIG spec!! =)

It's my pleasure to serve the young ones.

After that, one of the aunty followed us go back my house.
She helped my mom for the dinner preparation tonight. :)

They cooked meatballs spaghetti, fried chicken, pizzas, etc.. yummm!! :D

And her husband, who really good in cooking and baking,

baked a cake for me! :D

Thanks to 益贵弟兄 for the very beautiful cake. =)

On that night, my brothers and sisters in Christ came too!

We had the delicious dinner together,

then we sing songs to worship our Almighty God,

and my brother shared about the words of God,

and we prayed together.

Pray for the revival of our church, pray for those who in needs..

So, this is a cell group birthday celebration! Isn't it wonderful? =)

This is the TRAFFIC LIGHT! ;D

My brother and my dearest sister - Ting Ting.

This two very important person in my life,

that helped me go through the toughest period.

You'll know who is really by your side,

when you're facing problems.

And those who really willing to spend time,

to listen to you,

to comfort you,

to accompany you,

to pray for you. =)

Not those who always said "i will be by your side",

but he/she leaves you when you need him/her.

My dearest family in Christ.

And the 5 of us, the blessed Tan family.

饶恕与接纳？

A lot of negative thoughts were rolling in my mind, after i saw something.

Again...

I felt regret, I felt upset, I felt angry, I felt disappointed, I felt......

Mixed feelings.

越想忘记，越忘记不了？

越不想忘记，反而更容易忘记？

后悔吗？

自己的选择，走自己的路，自己要负责。

但愿我能学像约瑟 - 饶恕，接纳。

不是forgive and forget，而是forgive and ACCEPT.

发生在生命里的每一件事情，都不是偶然的。

上帝必有功课要我们学习。

这过程确实非常痛苦、确实非常心痛、确实令我非常难受，

但神要磨练我！要建立我对祂的信心和顺服。

祂要改变我，要我不再自我，而要顺服，并尊主为大。

神有使命要给我去完成。

以为自己站立得稳了吗？

不是的。

其实自己仍然很摇晃，随时会跌倒。

每一天，每一刻都在想着那件事。

睡觉也发恶梦，而猛然醒来。

发现是一场梦，心里却感到无比酸痛。

但我感谢主，在我要跌倒时，祂的话语安慰我。

但愿，

愿神的话语，日夜引导我的思想。

好让我的思想每一天，每一刻不再是那件事，

而是祂的话语，引导我，走出来，为祂而活！

预备自己，让神使用。

从前，你的意思是要伤害我，但神的意思原是好的，

要坚固我对祂的信心，成就今日的光景。

在这新的一年，感触良多。

After 2 years, finally there's a chance to meet my long lost friend - Ivan JJ! =)

It's a sudden plan to go Jaya One with him and ecy,

and it's my first time drive to Jaya One! =P

When i was on the way,

i kept on praying to God that i will get a parking slot that easy to park with,

because i am sucks in parking!

And yes i knew God listens to my prayer! =)

So don't worry, anything just pray! =)

JJ brought us to Nando's!

Can say it's the first time i dined there!

Cos Nando's don't really give me a good impression all these while. xD

两年不见，大家一直谈，

坐在“泳池”旁边谈，直到我妈咪催我回家。呵呵。

由于我这个路痴，只懂去PJ的路，但不是100%确定回家的路，

结果JJ驾车在我前面引导我，直到我回家。

聪明的我，因为想到有人在前面引导，

结果没去看周围的车，就只是盲目地跟。

结果 ---- 差点被车撞！(～ o ～)

前面的车一直hoooooon，跑很快所以没撞到。

后面的车及时turnnnn，结果也是平安无事。

感谢主！

但当时的我开始脚软了。(=.=)"

过后到了交通灯，红灯停下来。

青灯要走时，咦？怎么车在倒退？O.O

开始慌了！

才发现到自己放着free gear忘了转回gear 1 .......

发现自己魂不守舍，糊里糊涂。

赶紧祷告！

求神让我专心驾车，平安到家。

爸爸还特地sms来叫我小心。

当然最后也是平安到家啦！=)

当然要谢谢JJ特地引导我然后再回家。呵呵。

祷告，就像呼吸般重要。

害怕吗？担心吗？伤心吗？

祷告，再祷告，不住地祷告！

因为我相信的上帝，是听祷告的上帝！阿门？=)

但，一切都是从神而来的，我们只是“管家”。

“得”是一种恩典，而“失”也在神的计划和保守中。

像约伯说的：”赏赐的是耶和华，收取的也是耶和华；耶和华的名是应当称颂的！”

我害怕明天的未知数，

但我祷告，求神挪开我的害怕，赐下他的平安在我心。

我不知明天如何，

但我知道谁在掌管明天。

早在这天来临前，我知道我会难过。

但我祷告！我求神牵我手，陪我去、陪我回。

若没体验过害怕，怎能体会神那确实的平安？

Let go, and embrace God!

近来，在我身上发生了，令我非常难过的事。

令我不断失控，失去了自我控制的力量。

魔鬼叫我一直生气！一直埋怨，一直怨恨。

看看今天，已经12月30日了。

我不想这么难过地开始新的一年，于是我不断寻求我哥哥、教会指导的帮助。

很多事情我很害怕，我怕随时会跌倒，我怕我没有勇气去面对。

但我朋友再次用一段经文鼓励了我：

”耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我还怕谁呢？耶和华是我性命的保障，我还惧谁呢？” 诗27:1

曾经在以赛亚，一位弟兄用这段经文鼓励我，我非常喜欢这段经文。

但现在，在我害怕时，我把这段经文忘得一干二净了。

但是，上帝比任何人更了解我们、更明白我们！

上帝就是这么奇妙地，借着身边的朋友再次提醒我！

不要害怕，不要惧怕。

害怕和惧怕都不是从神来的！

Don't be afraid, for fear is not come from God.

Don't worry, just PRAY!!

在新的一年，愿我们都不再靠自己，不再自我中心，

乃完全降服、完全依靠神、尊主的名为大、为圣！

在圣诞节前夕，发生了我人生中最害怕会发生的事。

但既然发生了，除了面对，还能怎样呢？

历史重演，双重打击。

让我开始怀疑自己，我很害怕，每走一步，都很不平稳，似乎随时都会倒下去。

这样4天就过了，但感谢主，今天早上我做了一个决定 -- 删除。

生命中有很多东西，我们是不愿意放手的。

我们不愿意将我们的悲伤、愤怒、不安全、害怕交托。

我们要自己扛，就算我们扛不到也要逼自己去扛！

但最后，带来的仍只有受伤。

刚才看了一个弟兄的部落格，心里深感安慰。

神的话不断冲击我！

在暴风雨中，我不断伤心而痛哭流泪。

但现在，是神话语的触摸令我痛哭流泪。

我要得着医治，求神，医治我。

“你当默然依靠耶和华，耐性等候他；不要因那道路通达和那恶谋成就的心怀不平。”诗37：7

“你们敬畏耶和华的，要依靠耶和华！他是你们的帮助和你们的盾牌。”诗115:11

“当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠他，他就必成全。” 诗37:5

捉住神的应许！

交托，是信心的动作，代表完全顺服。

交托，是把生命交在祂手中，深信祂必引领。

交托，带来平安、安息。

生命就像一条橡胶带，你拉得越紧，橡胶带就越容易断开。但当你学习放手，橡胶带会是完美无缺。

要专心仰望耶和华，一心一意事奉祂，顺服神，乃是一生的功课。

“万军之耶和华说：不是倚靠势力，不是倚靠才能，乃是倚靠我的灵方能成事。” 亚 4:6

“你要专心仰赖耶和华，不可倚靠自己的聪明，在你一切所行的事上都要认定他，他必指引你的路。” 箴 3:5-6

饶恕是一份很难的功课。

饶恕绝对不是遗忘，相反的，你必须去面对伤害。

对于一个没有经历到神的爱的人来说，这无疑是一种二次伤害。

因此很多人只是选择遗忘，假装自己已经原谅了。

但其实心里面累计很多伤。

真正的饶恕，并不是一般人印象中的以高姿态来原谅别人，

而是先要承认自己软弱受伤，没有能力原谅，

再为他们，也为自己，祈求天父的赦免。

这样神的爱才能进到你受伤之处，在医治的同时，也使你得着饶恕他人的能力。

放开现在抱紧的，才能真正紧抱主，我们的神。

爱情 = feel?

Yes yes yes, i've finally decided to cut SHORT hair.

Yesterday my mom brought me to a salon in Hartamas.

When i told the barber i want short hair, my mom was shocked too. Haha.

She told him i've NEVER cut short hair before. LOL!

So, here i am. =)

Actually not really SHORT right? xD

Quite heart pain when seeing my hair hilang.. Haha.

But quite satisfied with the result. :P

I took this when i was waiting for Wei Lin to go Pyramid for U6A gathering. :P

*i will be a driver without a "P" in few weeks later!! xD

Actually wanna show the new watch that i bought. Hehe.

Normal but i like it! Small enough, suit my hand. Brown in color. =)

Yesterday, i departed at 6pm to fetch Wei Lin.

It's HYPER JAM hour. Now i know why KL people's life is all about traffic JAM!!

Note: I was driving manual and with NO power steering. ><"

When i reached Pyramid, i was quite happy that i finally get over the jam and reached my destination.

Who KNOWS! It's not the end yet.

I couldn't find any car park, AT ALL. T^T

Driving round and round.. One level up and up and up and up.. Until the TOP of the car park.

Unfortunately, there was NO empty slot also. =((

At last, the guard asked me to park at a place which is not a legal parking slot.

Gosh it was so terrible because i was SO tired SO exhausted!!!

My left leg was like out of energy already..... T___T

But thanks God that at the end i still managed to park!!! :)

So we went to Italiannies to meet up the crazy gang.

Italiannies was NOT an ideal place for gathering because we cannot make noise!!

The waiter keep staring at us. O.O xD

靠自己？

人不知罪，何来认罪？

人，真的能靠自己吗？
若人真的能靠自己，为什么今天这么多人跳楼？
因为他们不知道如何解决正在面对的问题。
他们无助，帮不了自己，也没有人帮得了他们。

当人看到自己的软弱，看到自己的无能，看到自己的无助时，

才会发现，

原来，我靠我自己真的做不到。

这就是为什么，我们需要耶稣。

将你的软弱、你不能胜过的东西，

When i google Christmas, i only see Christmas Trees and Santa Claus!!

What is a Christmas,

if "CHRISTmas" without CHRIST?

Christmas is not about sales.

Christmas is not about shopping.

Christmas is not about Santa Claus!

Christmas is about the son of God, Jesus Christ,

that came to the world to redeem us!!

Santa Claus, did NOT died for us.

Let's remember the real meaning of celebrating Christmas,

the birth of Christ!!

I just finished reading the book that i bought in National Conference in just half a day.

It inspired me a lot and i would like to share it here. =)

This is a book about the life of Markus Ng Chung Yau.

6 May 1985 - 4 Feb 2009.

Even though he just lived a life of 23 years, his life was a full one.

He has a national mindset.

To him, is was important that people identify themselves first as a Malaysian and not by race.

He believed in 'colour blindness'; to look beyond the other's skin colour and accept everyone for what they are.

He believed that colour blindness should extend beyond ethnicity to include religion, gender and social class.

He was lifted up as he trusted God for strength.

His faith in Christ was unwavering just like in Psalm 38:9,

"Lord, all my desire is before You; and my sighing is not hidden from You".

Markus also wrestled with the greater issues of life, defining success and death.

He faced the issues of life and death squarely -

"My Hope Is In Dying To Live. Death I Fear You Not! In God I Trust."

His short life, however, impacted many.

Hundreds, mainly youths, paid their last respects at both the wake and funeral services.

It tells us :

The significance of a life is measure primarily by how you live your life, not by its length.

Life was never meant to be lived alone.

Humans were created for relationships.

The problem with us nowadays is that so many of us live behind a mask.

Who we are is merely a projection of who we want others to perceive us to be.

And for many, it's become so very much a part of our lives that it has become exactly that : us.

One of his personal writings : ON APPREHENSION.

What is success, if not without the possibility of failure?

Acceptance, without rejection?

Living entails making decisions; choosing implies uncertainty; uncertainty, rish.

What is success, if not without the possibility of failure?

Acceptance, without rejection?

To live necessitates the triumph of hope over apprehension.

And what is hope? My hope is in dying to live.

Death I fear you not.

In God I trust.

There is only one life to live and that will soon pass away.

And only what is done for God will last for eternity.

Love and accept one another.

God seems to have another plan, something that I don't understand.

Continue to trust God for our lives as He leads us into the future.

God is fair for He knows all that is best for us humans.

Wootz!! I am going to introduce the most satisfying moments i had in Melaka.

It is.....

The Thousand Layer Cakessss 千层蛋糕.

It's just toooooo deliciousssss. :D :D

Kang Ning (Cunning) - Elaine - Esther - Xiao En

Elaine is officially quit from UPM already.

So another main purpose that we're coming to Melaka is to look for her. :)

Elaine is a very cheerful and cute girl.

Miss her charming smile so much!! :)

We've ordered 4 different flavours of cakes.

The chocolate, mango yogurt, cheese and coffee i think. Hehe.

I prefer the chocolate one the most. :D

Oh can u see there's thousand of layerssss??

That's how the name comes from!

And when u put the cake in your mouth,

the cake just melt in your mouth. Aww~ :*)

I wonder is this kind of cake selling in KL?

Besides, i am in love with the toilet in this bakery shop.

When i went inside, i was shouting "WOW!"

And i asked my friend came inside to have a look. :D

She is the first person i know in UPM.

Our daddy have the same occupation.

She is so helpful, so kind, and nice to be with.

And and, she is the 高材生 in our class.

Not only that she is very TALL, she can also plays piano very well! =)

Since i am a vocalist, i need an accompanist.

I felt thankful that she is the one.

Thank you Shi Yong, for helping me in my vocal exams.

The journey begins...

6 girls from Music Department of UPM departed to Melaka!

Our bags. Sooo little right??

Mine is the pinky bag. Sooo small right??

I can't believe i can packed into just one bag. :D

We've changed from women in black to casual wear. :)

Here is the funny story.

When we reached Melaka,

we used GPS to lead us to Elaine's house.

Guess what...

At last, the GPS leads us to a tree.

Yes, a tree.

and said this is our destination. =.=

Well it is made in China.

Maybe not familiar with roads in Malaysia?

Muahaha~

So we called Elaine and we reached her house safely. :)

We knew her house is not a tree! xD

Then we went to a seaside to had our seafood dinner.

This is Elaine that the GPS thought that her house is a tree. xD

Fuyoh!! We're eating CRABS, Otak-otak, Fish, Kangkung, etc.

Seafood is my love!! Yum yum!! :*D

We asked a women who is busy dealing with her children to capture this photo. :P

There is also a bridge at the seaside.

There're a lot of lamp posts at the bridge but none of them are lighted up.

I wonder why...

When we reached, it's already 9pm.

If we sing for 3 hours, there'll be 2 hours free.

Which means we'll be singing from 9pm - 2am.

UNBELIEVABLE. =O

Yeap yeap!! My first finals in uni just ended last thursday,

and the last "paper" was the vocal exam!

Lalala~ It's all about practicing but not reading. :)

My vocal teacher, Mdm Ang studied her vocal in Taiwan, Rome (Italy) and Melbourne.

She requested us to dress nicely, make up, and NO spec allowed. Haha.

It's my first time seeing Sheau Wei without her spec. :D

In overseas, vocalist supposedly wearing high heel when performing.

But we're having our exam in Music House 4, which is the only music house that don't allow to wear shoes.

So, well... You can't expect much here. Hehe.

There were photography session after our vocal exam,

since u know, all of us dressed up. :D

今日经文-诗篇51：10&17“10神啊，求你为我造清洁的心，使我里面重新有正直的灵。17神所要的祭，就是忧伤的灵，神啊，忧伤痛悔的心，你必不轻看。”

弟兄姐妹，大卫很与众不同的不是因为他没有犯罪，而是他对犯错的敏感度很高。

而且他非常的渴望神的怜悯，赦免和网开一面，不计较他的过犯。

大卫对罪敏感，因为曾犯的罪也使他沉重，因为罪常浮现在他面前。

唯有神能够涂抹着一切污秽。

弟兄姐妹，但有一点我们必须要清楚知道的，

很多时候上帝已经饶恕我们了，但是我们不能饶恕自己，

魔鬼撒旦更接着这样的机会控告我们，说我们不配啦，上帝不原谅啦，还是污秽的等等…

若我们真的相信，那么我们便因此而自卑，自责，自我捆绑。

这样一来撒旦的诡计得逞，二来我们也会因此远离上帝。

弟兄姐妹，曾经一度我也是陷入如此的情况，

传道给了我一个建议，当我有这样的困扰，撒旦的控诉时，

除了祷告就一定要回到上帝的话语里（圣经）。

与其光听撒旦怎么说，不然听听上帝怎么说？

我当时因为这是篇51深受感动！

第一，就是求神为我造清洁的心，让我里面有正直的灵。

一旦我里面有正直的灵，撒旦的控诉的声音的无效的！

因为这正直的灵使我在灵里重新恢復与神的关系。

保持我与神的交通裡保持與神的交通，更使我重新得力！

而且非常安慰的，只要我真的以一颗忧伤痛悔的心求上帝的赦免，

我CONFIRM上帝必洁净，不计较我的恶。

弟兄姐妹，你在诗篇51篇看到这样的CONFIRMATION吗？

最重要的不要只懂得求赦免罪，反而是要求恢復与神的关系。阿门？

祷告：

谢谢你天父上帝的恩典怜悯。我知道你已经饶恕原谅我了。我不停留在内疚捆绑在控诉中，反让我能渴慕恢复与你的关系，重新得力！奉主耶稣基督的名祷告，阿门。

从前冲凉只冲热水，超怕冲冷水的我，

在进了大学后，

回到家竟然也不再冲热水，而习惯冲冷水了。

从前怕辣而不敢吃Kimchi的我，

在去了韩国一个星期后，

回到来，就算辣，也爱上了Kimchi.

这2年的这个习惯，

或许只需要多一点时间，

我就不会再感到这么痛苦，

而习惯了这样的生活。

人人都害怕改变。

神的话语总是那么的安慰和贴切..

应当仰望神，因他笑脸帮助我们，我还要称赞他！

今日经文-

诗篇42：5

“我的心哪，你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望神，因他笑脸帮助我们，我还要称赞他。”

今早的赞美：
我的心哪，你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？
我的心哪，当仰望神，他用笑脸帮助我们。
他用笑脸帮助我们，他用笑脸帮助我们，

他用笑脸帮助我们，

是我的力量，是我的神。

记得有一次，我从报章读到一篇很有趣的文章。

是这样的，

一天24个小时，除去你得睡眠8小时，

其他的时间我们是以喜乐的心过，还是有忧忧愁愁过？

若以喜乐的心过活，就连发梦都会发笑；

若以忧忧愁愁的过活，就连吃安眠药也睡不好。

忧闷，烦躁是魔鬼折磨基督徒的途径,也使基督徒对神失去信心的方法。

那我们该如何面对？

毕竟基督徒在世上所面对的不比非信徒少，甚至还多！

看看大卫，在忧闷烦躁时，

他的举动确实教导了我们如何仰望神，因神笑脸帮助我们。

我们当用神的话去回应心里的挣扎，并坦诚祷告神,将我们真实的感受告诉他。

我们可以用等候的心默想神智慧，能力和慈爱的源头。

我们要默想圣经的经文, 常记得神的应许,将事情的结果交托给他.

弟兄姐妹，你有想过上帝是怎样用笑脸帮助我们吗？

难道我们真的看见他对我们笑吗？

不是的，神的笑脸就是当我们的生命经历感受到他的信实，慈爱，应许，保护，智慧，能力，荣耀，安慰，公义和美意等。

若我们在如此的丰盛恩典中，忧闷和烦躁的心还需要吗？

弟兄姐妹，别怕苦难，

因为唯有经过生命的苦难，才能显出生命的意义与价值。

也能看到上帝在我们生命中的美意。

祷告：
亲爱的天父，愿你施恩给凡属你的儿女，

愿我们常常在你的恩典中仰望你，

让我们透过生命中的经历“神是笑脸”帮助我们！

Today when i was waiting for my vocal teacher,

a senior which is a jazz pianist played a song.

It's a sad song..

I can't control my mind to think about that..

And my tears dropped..

Whenever i thought that,

he actually said don't wish to receive my msg anymore..

My heart feels so torment..

I understand why..

Not his fault..

I was practicing for my final song recently, titled : Caro Mio Ben.

Caro Mio Ben means, my dear beloved.

The translation of the lyrics are:

Whenever i was singing this song,

the person that popped into my mind was you.

What a great message from God this morning!

And i thought of all the brothers and sisters of IRCMC! :D

The scripture:

"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

看哪，弟兄和睦同居，是何等的善，何等的美！"(Psalm 133:1)

Getting along is important to God. He don't want His children to quarrel and complain each other.

Jesus asked us to "be ONE" so that the world would believe He came from the Father. (John 17:20-21)

And to disciples who were prone to quarreling, He commanded that they LOVE and SERVE each other. (John 13:34-35, Matt 20:20-28)

May the unity that comes from our love and service to one another fragrantly grace our church and friendships!

Christians who get along with each other spread the sweet aroma of Jesus. :)

When love and kindness rule our lives,

and we are seen as ONE,

the fragrance of our unity has NO comparison!

Let us unite in the love of God! ♥

守望祷告！

今天崇拜，神的道再次激励我们，要为我们的教会守望祷告！祷告再祷告！求神的国，求神的义！

【神的道是活泼的，是有功效的，比一切两刃的剑更快，甚至魂与灵，骨节与骨髓，都能刺入、剖开，连心中的思念和主意都能辨明。】希伯来书 4:12

我们岂能不谦卑自己、痛哭降服在神的面前？

不再体贴肉体、不再像门徒一样睡着，

神给我们的恩典、机会、祝福，都要及时紧紧地抓住！

是磨练还是刑罚？

受苦不等于罪的刑罚，可能是考验；但罪的刑罚一定是受苦。

今日经文-诗篇38：4“我的罪孽高过我的头，如同重担叫我担当不起。”

弟兄姐妹，我们都很清楚，罪的工价乃是死。
当时大卫不断的求神怜悯，他把自己的罪成明在上帝面前。因为大卫害怕自己的罪导致上帝的惩罚临到自己的身上。
有一点我们必须向神求智慧来辨别。
那就是当苦难来到我们身上的时候，是因为我们所犯的罪所带来的惩罚，还是上帝许可的考验?
大卫虽然向上帝求赦免之余，他也清楚知道自己是义的。20节“...因我追求良善”。
所以这个苦难对大卫来说，不是因为他罪的刑罚，而是神许可给大卫的磨练。
大卫意识到不必重复自己的祈祷，因为上帝知道大卫心里所求的心愿。
大卫在试炼中把自己的情况交托上帝。
大卫明白自己的祈祷不在于话语的多少，而在于出于内心的真诚和完全的信靠。

弟兄姐妹，很多时候我们还没有意识到其实我们所犯的罪是我们自己担当不起的。
当然，我们籍着耶稣基督为我们流的血，我们得以洁净。但也有很多时候是上帝的管教。
我们所受的是上帝给我们的警告和教训，那受苦便是罪的惩罚。
虽然基督徒不必承担死的工价，但有的时候上帝会“出手”调教，若我们不用承担自己犯罪所造成的惩罚，我们不但不会悔改反而就会变本加厉。
若我们自己真的行在神的真理上，那我们面对的苦难就不是惩罚，而是上帝许可的考验。
因为并非所有的痛苦都是受苦者犯罪的结果。所以我们不可因此误解什么都是上帝降的祸。
旧约中的约伯，谨谨慎慎活在上帝的真理中，所以他所面对的一切，不是上帝的刑罚，而是要磨练他，为的是要更祝福他。

弟兄姐妹，上帝并不总是保护祂的儿女免遭痛苦，因为如果这样，撒但就会像在约伯的事上，指控上帝一直在保护自己的儿女，不公正。
所以上帝必须许可让撒但有机会让我们受苦。倘若你现在面对相同的事，先观察这是神许可的磨练还是神降的刑罚。
若是磨练，我们应当好好倚靠上帝的恩典得胜！
若是神的刑罚，我们便要好好诚诚实实，谦谦卑卑的跪在神的面前悔改。
愿神祝福你的今天。

祷告：

主啊，求你让我在每一次的受苦中明白你的美意，

审查自己到底是我要好好的悔改在你面前，还是神你要磨炼我，使我成为更加蒙福的人。

无论如何，我深信你的公义，恩典，慈爱和怜悯。

事实上，的确有团契会因为人数少，而取消团契、或把团契改成一个月一次的小组聚会。

但紫欣，不要放弃你的团契！不要放弃属于神的团契！

像你说的，上帝把你放在这个团契，必有他的旨意。

不晓得你的Uncle James是否同意解散这个团契，

若他也不赞成，你们两个就要迫切为这个团契守望祷告！

不放弃地祷告！

不只祷告，而要祷告到事情成就为止！

当你们同心合意祷告时，耶稣就在你们的当中！

【若是你们中间有两个人在地上同心合意地求什么事，我在天上的父必为他们成全。因为无论在哪里，有两三个人奉我的名聚会，那里就有我在他们中间。】太18:19-20

我们会为我们的团契感到心痛，

但知道吗，耶稣比我们更疼爱这个团契啊！

我教会的团契也曾经面对人数一直减少的问题，

但不要放弃！继续为主做！

你会看到，上帝必然在你的团契行一件超过你所求、所想的大事！

委员间的合一，确实是团契复兴一个很重要的要点。

事情似乎到了尽头，现在只能做的是：祷告。

若有时间，约你的委员们，谁能出席的就来，

大家一起跪在神面前认错、祷告！

求上帝赐下合一在你们中间！

同心合意的为团契来祷告，为你们之间的合一来祷告！

或许，你严一些，你的委员会因为怕你而做。

但你也不希望他们因为怕才做吧？

求神赐给他们愿意委身、爱神爱人的心。

若他们愿意委身，他们必然将最好的献给主，对吗？

你不是孤单的，记住，你不是孤单的。

没有人在你身边，但有神牵你的手走这条事奉的道路..

"就是在那里，你的手必引导我，你的右手，也必扶持我。”诗139:10

这是我很喜欢的一副图。看到耶稣走到小女孩面前，主动伸出他的手来安慰他所疼爱的女儿。:)

事奉可以很累，但不可以不喜乐！

事奉神是一件喜乐和荣耀的事。

或许有时事奉真的很累，但只要你甘心，

愿意献上神给予的恩赐，

你的内心会感到无比的喜乐！

别人辛苦工作，为了赚钱。

我们努力服侍，乃是积宝在天上，为神赚取人的灵魂！

愿神赐你永远的福乐！

越事奉，心里越感到无比的甘甜！

刚从莉善家回来~ 第一次在她家开始我们的小组哦！:D

今天妈咪分享一段经文：

希西家王对上帝恳切、流泪地祷告，上帝回应他：

“上帝如此说：我听见了你的祷告，看见了你的眼泪。”（赛38:5）

今天，上帝也一样【听见】我们的祷告，【看见】我们的眼泪，

牵我们的手走这条人生的道路，一刻都不会离开我们。

这应许岂不是何等的宝贵吗？=)

这次的小组，妈咪也带了她的一个问题学生和她的妈咪来..

这个学生成绩很好，但从去年开始，整年都不愿意进班..

在妈咪的辅导下，她和她妈咪才透露原来她家庭很多问题.. 很复杂..

现在很多小孩的心理问题，都是与家庭脱不了关系..

家庭对一个小孩一生的成长，影响是很深远的..

可是感谢主，她们母女愿意来教会..

刚才她妈咪说，她们每晚都会读圣经、祷告，

她女儿还祷告到哭..

她妈咪也说，

最近她女儿问妈咪：“做么你最近对我酱好，没有骂我了的？”

她妈咪说：”信了耶稣，就不一样了啊~ 圣经有教.." =)

"Even there Your hand will guide me, Your right hand will hold me fast."

Psalms 139:10

虽然她们的家庭不美满，虽然她们的家庭破碎，

可是她们会过得很好，

为什么？

因为，从今以后，有耶稣在她们的生活中。

耶稣能够改变她们的生活，

耶稣也会陪伴她们走这条人生的道路。

生命因信了耶稣，不再一样。

生命因信了耶稣，充满喜乐，

因为知道耶稣的爱，是何等、何等的长阔、高深。=)

we're going to start "music course 2010 christian fellowship" OFFICIALLY once we're back from raya hols!

and the first fellowship will be leaded by me. :)

before this we actually had our fellowship once, but we stopped due to our busy-ness..

one of our senior - Wan Mei heard of our fellowship,

and she suggested us to organize a fellowship with all the christian seniors and lecturers as well.

cos they actually had such fellowship before, but it's two years ago and it stopped eventually..

so we wanted to revive it!!

if it's what God wants us to do, He will make a way for us.

may God's will be done! Amen! =)

这四天，我去了年会卫理公会举办の青年大会。

主题：更像耶稣。

在青年大会の每一篇讲道，

我心里都充满深深、满满的感动..

内住在我们心房的圣灵不断感动我们，

催逼我们要悔改，要顺服，要降服..

不要轻视我们身为神儿女的身份，

不要吃了、喝了就走了..

福音是上帝的大能！

信靠神！

回应神的呼召！

【我的心唯有在神里面，才得真正的平静和安稳。】

不知不觉, i've be in UPM for 1 month plus!

and having my mid term test now..

so fast right? XD

basically, i do enjoy my music course very, very much!! :D

and today - 18 August 2010 (thursday ),

is my first performance during lunch recital!

in front of the lecturers and seniors! *nervous* >w<

i was practicing before the recital starts at 1pm. =)

the piece that i played was Retrato de Alfredo Gobbi by Astor Piazolla.

a new tango piece with jazz and classical elements. :)

i missed a lot of notes due to the nervous!! >.<"

but i thanks God that he gave me this opportunity to explore more in uni.

i will serve Him with the knowledge that i've gained here. :)

in our batch, there're 5 christians out of 13.

and so, we formed a prayer group named "Emmanuel".

we will start fast and pray for our coursemate next week.

Emmanuel, God is with us.

Praise the Lord. =))

每个星期日，是我充电的一天。

在晨祷时，我举手祈求，

向神献上最真诚的祷告、流泪的祷告、痛苦的祷告、感谢的祷告。

在敬拜赞美和讲道时，生命重新被神的话来激励！

今天也终于回到我的主日学班了！好想念我的小朋友们..

在这个青少年周，我们看到原来带领的人不是我们，而是上帝。

上帝在带领我们的团契、我们的教会。

因为教会是基督的身体，

他比任何人更关心、更疼爱这个团契、这个教会！

感谢耶稣，祢恩典广大。=)

守望祷告！

我的生命不能没有神的同在。

今天崇拜，神的道再次激励我们，要为我们的教会守望祷告！祷告再祷告！求神的国，求神的义！

【神的道是活泼的，是有功效的，比一切两刃的剑更快，甚至魂与灵，骨节与骨髓，都能刺入、剖开，连心中的思念和主意都能辨明。】希伯来书 4:12

我们岂能不谦卑自己、痛哭降服在神的面前？

不再体贴肉体、不再像门徒一样睡着，

神给我们的恩典、机会、祝福，都要及时紧紧地抓住！

是磨练还是刑罚？

最大的诫命

【爱神爱得越深、越广、越稳定，就越有能力爱人。】

这三天“最大的诫命”的讲道带给我很大的冲击..

“耶稣说：你去照样行吧！”

愿神为我开路，让我有机会去服侍弱势群体、需要帮助的人..

学习谦卑地服侍..

不是夸耀自己，而是高举耶稣基督的名，耶稣基督的爱..

各个教会和宗派不再分彼此，
